AI Disclaimer: Generated content may unintentionally resemble existing works. We do not guarantee originality or freedom from third-party claims.

5. Payments & Subscriptions

If the App offers paid plans or subscriptions, payment terms will be disclosed at the point of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about:

  • Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of generated content.
  • Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the App.
  • Suitability of generated text for any purpose.

You assume full responsibility for how you use the content generated by the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Losses relating to reliance on generated content.
  • Claims arising from third-party rights in generated text.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the App in the 3 months prior to the claim.
